To support delivery of our Services, MDM Systems S.L.(“MDM Systems”) may engage and use subordinate data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a “sub-processor”). This document provides important information about the identity, location and role of each sub-processor. Terms used on this page but not defined have the meaning set forth in the Services Agreement between Customer and MDM Systems.
MDM Systems currently uses third party sub-processors to provide infrastructure services, to help us provide customer support, send email and push notifications, and to deliver certain content in a scalable fashion. Prior to engaging any third party sub-processor, MDM Systems performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.
MDM Systems may use the following sub-processors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with the delivery of our Services:
